Do you work with companies outside the UAE?
Yes. We deliver primarily remotely and work with clients in the UK, Europe, MENA, and internationally. Dubai is our base, not our market.
Do we need to have our data ready before starting?
No. Part of every engagement is assessing what data you have and what state it is in. The Audit or QuickScan is where we assess that, not a prerequisite for booking a call.
Can this be done with off-the-shelf tools?
Sometimes, yes, and we will tell you that. If a commodity tool solves the problem, you should use it. If it does not, that is usually an engineering problem.
What do we own at the end of an engagement?
Everything. All code, model configurations, integrations, and documentation transfer to you at engagement end. You are not dependent on Looplever tooling to run the system.
What if the system does not perform after deployment?
We define success criteria in writing before work starts. If the deployed system does not reach the agreed threshold, we keep working until it does.
